If you come to this it is an intro to who I am what I love and things I enjoy, I promise that my other blogs will have meaning other than me but I'd like people to know who I am. So if you do happen across this please read it and read my others too. I'll always try and post with a point not just random things.

If you're reading this you're about to step into my mind and find out a little bit about me. First off, my name is Dylan and I live in North Carolina. Currently I am a volunteer firefighter, and since I joined this it has become an absolutely HUGE part of my life, but lately issues with family, school, and such have taken away from this. As far as the fire department goes I would love to have it as a career but with the salary and such it would be hard to raise a family so I will have to see how that goes, despite the family issues I am still a pretty avid call runner, and its like having a second family. I am currently a junior in high school for another month then its summer and off to my senior year which is bitter sweet. As far as my life I, of course, love being with friends and family and just enjoying their company, driving (anything with wheels), I love movies, and of course video games. As far as video games I don't compulsively play them in fact I haven't played in a little over a week (the urge to play comes and goes) but I like to find people I can relate to on games and be able to have true conversations with them rather than "Man you suck, why don't you die." Thats not me, thats not my personality. One of my odder things I really enjoy is well, cooking. I think its important that a man not only know how to cook but cook well and thats why I took it upon myself to learn and become good at it. I love to experiment which is where I think my love of cooking comes from, although some experiments don't always turn out great its always a learning experience. I have quite a few friends but I have a very select group I hang out with, and no its not what you're thinking we're not a "clique" we have just happened to find each other along the path we call life and have chosen to stick together. As far as my friends go (I won't give out names because personally I don't like to throw them out online) we just have common interests but each one of us is truly an individual person. I believe that if you respect people they will give you respect in return and so far throughout high school this has worked for me not only with my peers but also my teachers. As far as a relationship, I am currently single. I haven't found a girl yet that I can truly say I care for, and I don't believe that you should be in a relationship unless you do especially not just for sex. My mom has truly been an inspiration in my life, because even now going through a divorce with my step-father shes been strong and just been able to get up and go no matter how hard it is. I do have a dog, yes he is a chihuahua, and his name is Dugan. Basically I've had him since I was 11, I am currently 17, and basically I wanted a big dog but because I USED to have asthma I couldn't have one, but the man at the pet store said that chihuahuas help with asthma so we came home with him. Hes currently laying on the couch behind me asleep. I know it seems like I'm rambling but I want to be able to talk and make an impact on ways you see me and how I will see you.
